Tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests from 1 January 2023 onwards. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Effective 1 January 2025, the Perak Government will impose an additional charge of RM3 per room per night as the Local Service Charge (CPT) for visitors staying in the state.
Room rate’s cancellation policy
Guarantee/ Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking with invalid credit card provided. Hotel reserves the right to pre- authorize the credit card. For guaranteed reservations, 1 night room charge plus taxes will be imposed in the event of CANCELLATION is made 24 hours or lesser prior to the scheduled arrival date.
No- Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No- Show and will incur the full period charge.
Refund Policy: Guests are required to contact the Hotel in case a refund is permissible. If a penalty charge is incurred, based on the cancellation policy, this will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please note that the refund will take 20 working days to process.
